What channels do you list my property on (ex: Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com )? What direct bookings channels do you leverage (social media, Google Ads, email marketing)? Additionally, inquire about the methods of payment, such as direct deposit or other electronic transfer options. More channels equals more bookings.
